Cheetara's run from the original Thundercats intro (1985) is one of those animation moments that never really leaves you. The speed, the timing, the confidence — it stuck with me since I was a kid watching it on TV.
This project started as a personal challenge: redrawing that iconic scene to study its timings and understand what makes it work so well, while exploring how my comic art style translates into animation. Rough, clean, flat color, final — four steps to rebuild something that felt untouchable.
